Paris 2017

The One of Us delegation joined the March for Life in Paris and was represented by several European countries. The motto of this march was “We are all concerned” and 50.000 people joined the march through Paris streets, showing to the world that every life has an inherent and inalienable dignity as a source of human freedoms and citizens’ rights. As such it should be inviolable and protected by all the public authorities in every moment, before and after birth.

March for Life in  Washington 2017, January 27th.

“In the last seven days the city of Washington has seen three large events attended by hundreds of thousands of people: President Trump’s inauguration last Friday, the Women’s March on Saturday, and the March for Life today. Each group would like the honor of drawing the most people.

Hundreds of thousands of jubilant pro-lifers attended the March for Life, buoyed by the prospect of pro-life gains under the Trump administration. Already in its first week of office, Trump’s administration team has reinstated the “Mexico City Policy” defunding abortions paid by tax-payer funds overseas while Congress has voted to defund abortion on U.S. soil.

The theme of the March for life this year is ‘the power of one’: Even the smallest person can change the course of history. Every single one of you has the potential to change the course of history. In fact, you are doing that by being here today,” said Jeanne Mancini. In her speech, Mancini said that women who watched the Women’s March last week might have heard the message that pro-life is anti-woman. But she set the record straight, stating that defending the pre-born is pro-woman.

Vice President Mike Pence came with a clear message to March for Life in Washington: “Life is winning again in America.”

For the first time in American history, a vice president of the United States addressed the annual March for Life in the nation’s Capitol today, telling hundreds of thousands of pro-lifers to “press on” to defend life.

“It’s a good day. It’s the best day I’ve ever seen for the March for life, in more ways than one,” Pence told the crowd.  Pence, quoting the Declaration of Independence’s famous insistence on the rights to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness,” said that “44 years ago our Supreme Court turned away from the first of these timeless ideals.”

One of Us Federation, born to be the organization to give voice at European level to all the Prolife Movements in Europe, and working for the defense of the right to life of all human beings, as ONE OF US, congratulates the Prolife Movements in USA that have been working for the life defense and the Pro-woman rights. Congratulation to the March for life in Washington for this demonstration to protect human life and human beings no matter at which state of their development they are.

Basic things of life are actually simple. Functional family based on marriage is the best way of preventing thousands of abortions. Where are kids, there is life. You are the hope. Examples stretch.

According to recent statistics, in 2015, there were performed 20403 abortions. Over the past five years, this number decreased in 3595 abortions

March for Life in Brussels, March 26th. 2017

Chers amis,
